SHIPPING POLICY

I'm so excited to ship some artwork to you! It really means to much to me that you want to have my art in your home. As an art collector myself, I can tell you that art truly transforms your atmosphere. 
 

My studio is a small and dedicated to shipping your orders as soon as possible.  
Please allow 2-3 business days for handling. Shipping typically takes between 3-7 business days, but during holiday season, it could be between 5-10 business days for shipping. Shipping times are up to the carrier, though. If a package is late or delayed, I sincerely apologize on behalf of the shipping carrier.

*packages may be delayed at this time due to the impacts of COVID-19. 
 

*Please note that there are longer than usual delivery times in the Israeli Post delivery network and delays may occur.

​If you receive a damaged item, please contact me at yuliacohenart@gmail.com and I'll be happy to replace your item. NOTE: you must send a picture of the damaged item within 48 hours to be eligible for a return. 

Unfortunately, I cannot offer express shipping. Israeli Post is unable to guarantee express shipping due to the impact of Covid-19 and we have found that for international orders specifically, express shipping does not impact the timeframe in which you will receive the item.

If you need a change of address, we must be alerted within 24 hours of purchase in order to guarantee a redirect. We are unable to change the address once it has dispatched from our studio. Please contact us through the contact page as soon as possible or email us to yuliacohenart@gmail.com. 

 

Yulia Cohen Art is not responsible for undelivered packages based on incorrect shipping addresses given by the customer. Please ensure that you provide the complete and correct mailing addresses at the checkout.


I am not responsible for any VAT, import fees or other duties that your local government may charge you upon delivery. Any applicable taxes and duties are not included in the checkout total.

It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any duties, value added tax or other similar charges. If you refuse to pay these additional amounts, your delivery will be returned to us. Provided that the product is in its original condition, we will refund you the cost of your purchase (minus the costs of shipping to your country).
